Welcome to ClickBrat. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use ClickBrat.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Resell or redistribute ClickBrat services without permission
  • Interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ClickBrat, including client information, invoices, quotes, and business records. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal information you upload, including obtaining consent from your clients where required.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free plans are available with limited features
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payment after the grace period may result in downgrade to the Free plan

5. Free Trial

New accounts may include a 14-day free trial of paid features. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe. No payment is required to start a trial.

6. AI Features

ClickBrat provides AI-powered features including lead qualification, receipt extraction, and suggested responses. These features are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should review AI-generated content before sending it to clients or using it for business decisions.

7. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Support is available through the in-app support system.

8. Intellectual Property

ClickBrat and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClickBrat and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ClickBrat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickBrat from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
